Yep, that explains it! I have to workout so much more and be more attentive to my nutrition to not even get as great of results as I did in my 20s!!! But that won't deter me! It spurs me forward!!!

French Lentil Soup
French Lentil Soup is one of my favorite meals to have in the freezer for those days when I'm short on time. I put this recipe into My Fitness Pal to check out the nutrition profile. 1 serv (about 1cup) is 108 calories when prepared with chicken stock, 25g of carbs, 8g of protein, 1g of fat, and 7 g of fiber.
