Now that I'm in phase 3 of P90X2, I realize there are four weeks until I'm done! What to do next? I have lots of options. I have decided on Les Mills Pump! I think it will help me to build endurance for my first Spartan Sprint race. It will also help to build that long, lean physique I want without the bulk. The core of the program is 3-4 days per week. The other days you do cardio. You can do PUMP cardio by upgrading to the Deluxe kit with the step and corresponding DVDs or you can do your own thing. I will be doing Insanity/Asylum so I don't lose what I've gained with those programs. If you'd like to join a Les Mills PUMP challenge with me, leave a message in the comments!

  1. I take Les Mills Body Pump classes at my gym and I love it! I think you will too. Unfortunately for now, I need to give up the class because I dont want to lift Wed, Thurs and Friday the same body parts doing P90X and Pump.

Cant wait to hear what you think of it!!

  2. I'm so envious you have Pump classes at your gym! That sounds like so much fun. It's not anywhere here. I had never heard of it until Beachbody partnered w/ Les Mills to do a home version. So far, people are shredding 10-15lbs in just a matter of weeks! Yes, I don't think you can do PUMP and P90X resistance at the same time. You can do CardioX, KenpoX, Plyocide but not the resistance DVDs. I'll be doing Insanity on the cardio days of Pump. Pump is 3days per week, 3 days for cardio, and a rest day. Pump should be here tomorrow!!!!!
