I remember when I first started P90X nearly a year ago. Yoga X was so difficult. I dreaded it. I went to bed at night thinking about having to survive YogaX the next morning. But it gradually grew on me as I got stronger. X2 YogaX is 30min shorter than P90X Yoga X. I am still amazed at how much balance has improved. I still need to work on my tight shoulders!

So glad it is actually shorter. I thought that P90X was about 30 minutes too long.
ReplyDeleteAnd I LOVE your arms!!!
ReplyDeleteYes so many complained to Tony about 1.5hrs of YogaX. X2 Yoga is just under and hour. I also like his MC2 Yoga Patience Hummingbird. It's about 50min. Thanks!!!
ReplyDeleteyou think it would be ok to switch out yoga X with 2 Yoga while I am still completing P90X?
ReplyDeleteYou're asking if you can switch YogaX for P90X2 Yoga while you're still doing P90x? If so, I see no reason why not. X2 Yoga has most of the Vinyasas in the beginning but fewer of the balance exercises and fewer of the Yoga Belly 7 exercises. X2 Yoga is also fluid yoga. You don't hold poses like you did in Yoga X.
ReplyDeleteinteresting...I may try it this week and see how it is. Thanks!
